Pre-shed skin over eyes?

my by is about to shed again. Just noticed in the light as it appears he has some skin over his eyes. Only on ones side not the other. Is this normal to notice right before shed? (His eyes hasn’t turned blue yet) I never noticed it before and the last few sheds has been great.

would be super grateful for some input!

A picture would go a long way.. I would not describe pre-shed eye looks as "skin over the eyes" but thats just me. Their bodies go hazy and typical their eyes get a light blue hue to them and it just gets deeper blue.. Their eyes will dent due to dehydration at times so that's the only thing slightly concerning if its on one side.. Picture will help.

Not sure if a photo will pick it up I’ll try later today. Like you can see it in just the right light. I’ll try later today when I take him out though

I think it's unlikely that you'd see pre-shed cloudiness on ONE eye only...that suggests to me that it's a retained eye cap from PREVIOUS shed. ;) You missed one.
