    New(ish) here
I use to be a member...username was rex322 for those who remember. I can’t remember any of the details about the account to recover it. I use to have a male Burmese python, homer, and a couple of BCIs, which I guess are just BI now? I’ve been out of the hobby for about 10 years now. Life circumstances and all. Anyways now that things settled, I picked up a roughly 4’ Suriname BC yesterday at a local reptile show. Her name, given to her by my daughter, is Zoe. Supposedly she’s a female but I don’t put faith in it. The guy who “sexed” her claims he can tell just by the spurs, which I know isn’t 100%. She’s in a 20gallon long aquarium right now...but ordered an animal plastics cage last night along with a herpstat and will be ordering a pro products radiant heat panel for it today. I was surprised that the 20 gal tank isn’t too horribly small for her. I sure don’t miss the aquarium game though haha. Anyways a couple of quick, rather poor pics

Nice pick up! She may still be small enough to palpate, but it can be hard to feel once they get enough tissue in their tail.

I had to google that haha. Never heard of that one. Only popping and probing. I’m not honestly too worried about it. When I get a chance to actually handle her I’ll make my own educated guess as far as appearance of the tail, which I know isn’t a sure way...but I have no plans of breeding her so it’s not big deal.
