Name Change?

Still learning the forum format but it says in the FAQ "Only one account per member, name changes must be approved by admin". How does one go about requesting the name change? I made this account a while ago and would like to use a different user name as I migrate away from social media back to the Forum world.

You need to contact one of our admins (name in red) and request your name change, chose wisely as you are only entitle to one.

Thank you! Now to just figure out how to contact them lol. Have been out of the Forum world and mainly on Facebook for years but they are shutting down every group so its time to get back to our roots. Just need to refamiliarize myself with Forum functionality.
