Feeding BCI Hatchlings

I have seen 2 schools of thought on this. one being every 7 days, and the other is every 14 days. Which is correct?

I don't think it's a matter of right or wrong between those choices. Anything within those ranges will be fine. I feed hatchlings closer to every 7 days but after a few months they're eating every 10-14 days.
