    different shedding behaviour?
so my bp right now is in shed, and his behaviour is different from the past times hes shed? usually when he sheds he's like super extremely lazy and hidey like even if you're standing right there making the biggest racket he would not care, but this specific shed he seems to be very active, he isn't leaving his hide and roaming or anything but he is acting almost as if he weren't in shed. poking his head out at any sign of movement/sound, sniffing the air, in general just chilling with his head out of the hide where normally he would be fully curled up and hiding away. husbandry is spot on, 90 hot side, 80 cool side, ambient of 75-80 and humidity is at around 70. is this normal and i'm just being paranoid :confusd:

Sometimes snakes will eat while they are in shed. He could be hungry

It does sound like he's hungry to me as well...try giving him a snack. It's not "normal" (or typical) for a snake to eat while in shed, but it's not illegal either...;)
