    White scales after shedding
Hey everyone. My 520 g bp just finished shedding, and I noticed he had some white scales, all along his spine. Otherwise all of his other scales appear healthy and normal. The shed came off in two large pieces, and he was soaking in his water right after shedding. I looked around on the forum a little, and found a few posts that looked similar and the conclusion was a scrape? He did squeeze himself into a pvc tube in his cage about 3 weeks ago. I was able to lure him out with a mouse and plug up the hole right after. Any thoughts as to what the white scales could be? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8dc19ba80f.jpg

Those don't really appear to be scrape-related to me, & they look healthy. Some snakes just naturally fade out some, probably that's all it is? Do you have any
    info about his genetics?

Just that he is a pastel. The scales weren't white at all before this shed which is why I was puzzled by the sudden change.

I know, I can see exactly what you mean...I hope some BP-breeders chime in on this...I'm out of ideas.
