Did you get the tubs w/ the built in cup holders?
ok just wondering. pro-grade racks from FB and ARS offer tubs w/ built in cup holders for water like this ARS model:

you are supposed to insert disposable/recyclable deli cups in there and fill it up w/ water. it makes it easy to clean/refill the water supply and helps prevent the snake/animal from knocking over the water b/c of the molded cup holder.

do u have these racks and/or tubs? i'm still far off from getting into a system like this myself but would like to know what has been your experience w/ them? or maybe u don't have them yet, but which kinda tub would u prefer?

I have a single tub FB40 rack that has the cup built in. I like it. Not having a spilled bowl is nice and the height of it stops as much substrate being shoved in compared to ceramic bowls I use in other setups.

I pretty much just use that rack for QT because it is only 1 tub, but it works great for that.

I don't & won't use this type of housing, but I have to say, that cup-holder looks like a great idea to me. Of course you'll have to keep buying deli cups, but
for the busy person, it looks like a winner.

Reminds me of some hides I used to have & use, where the water bowl sat on the hide, weighing it down & keeping the water up & out of the way. (still sold

I went with normal tubs for my racks, but I kind of wish I’d bought these tubs, spilling water happens quite a bit, with the small tubs.

I have found the a few of my snakes like to "redecorate" so I like the idea of not having a stationary water bowl. It's fun opening a tub and finding it in a different spot every time lol.

Homemade racks with Vision tubs here, but looking to upgrade in the near future. Will continue to favor smooth tubs. For me, the built-in cup holder just looks like another surface to clean, potentially adding maintenance time.
