    VE 80w RHP dead on arrival?
    I bought a VE 80W RHP from Reptile Basics back in March. I got my AP cage yesterday so I just now opened the RHP and it will not heat up at all. I checked the power cord and it has 120v. Any suggestions?

    I contacted Reptile Basics last night. They responded back as soon as they started work today. After a few emails making sure it was in fact broken I already have my return label and another RHP is on the way.

    Customer service is 100%, and it wasnt a problem that I made the purchase a few months ago. They just earned my business for all future reptile needs. Thanks guys!
