Finally!!!

His first meal after five weeks, and he finally took his first rat.I ditched the hair dryer and did a hot water submersion in a Ziploc bag instead. He even struck and constricted from the tongs, which he has NEVER done for me. He has always done drop feeds. Not sire if it was the hide upgrade, the moss, the heating method, but I really don't care. My boy is back to eating!!

Niiice! That's exactly how I heat mine too. My Pastel eats like a champ but my Blade Clown hasn't eaten in almost 2 months. Her weight and activity seem to be great so I'm not too worried yet.

Glad he's eating again for ya!

Yeah it was cool for sure! He held onto that things for a solid five minutes or more before he started eating it. At first I thought he was just gonna give it a hug [emoji1]

If he struck from within that new hide I’d suggest it was the extra security offered by the hide tbh
