I got my Herpstat 2 Redline yesterday. I got to say Im surprised its so small. I wasnt able to test the output, but i verified that it powers on and reads temps ok. I tested every part I could without having something to plug into it. So I've been thinking about the rack, and I was wondering if I should put the 90 deg F tubs on the top of the rack because heat rises and the 90 deg temp will mess with the 85 deg temps I have set. If I am incorrect in this assumption please correct me.

Agreed, I would put the hotter tubs on top for simplicity. It is naturally hotter in the house higher up and rising heat from hotter tubs down low can make stable temperatures more difficult to achieve in the lower temp tubs.
