    is petco ok for getting leos?
    i am getting a leo soon :D. i was planning toget it from petco, (obviously i'll have to check them for mites, crypto, mbd, etc) and i was wondering if anyone had any experience with petco or petsmart. thx

    I wouldn't buy any animal from any of the large chain pet stores. Some of them can be ok, but for the most part their husbandry is poop.

    You can pick one up from your local reptile expo. You will have many, many more choices in morphs and cheaper prices too. Most are sold directly from breeders so you will most likely have a healthier animal with information on age, sex and what it was eating or not eating before purchase.
