    My husband gives Crowley some chin scritches and he doesn't seem to mind it, especially for a snake that doesn't like his head getting touched. Mostly Crowley prefers the full body massage, pet him across the body and he'll tense up like he loves it, he'll even hook his head around something so you can massage him harder. I never squeeze him or anything, I just massage his muscles but he likes the deep tissue massages. :P

    I have a few snakes that seem to enjoy this, my new boa, leviathan, really seems to enjoy it in particular and has no head shyness at all.
