    Snake Bag Recommendations
    Hi All,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a snake bag to transport to and from the vet etc.?

a breathable pillowcase or laundry bag would do. tie it up and put it in a vented and secured tub for transport.

RBI sells some, if you're looking for a way to buy them. I got one for each of my snakes in case of power outage so I can bag them in a cooler with room temp water. (Bigger risk for me is power outage in the summer in 100+ degree weather rather than winter)

If you're looking for sizing... I don't know. I just got them based on the size of their hides footprint and made sure it was at least that big.

For vet trips, I usually put the snake in a breathable pillowcase, either tied/knotted or use a hair tie to close it, and then put the pillowcase in a latch tub.

Nothing beats a good quality cotton pillow case! Usually much better quality then snake bags and cheaper too!

Pillowcases! And you can buy them cheaply in thrift stores too! Your snakes won't bite you if they don't match.
