How long do I keep my new snake in quarantine?
He’s coming from a reputable breeder, health guaranteed. I was thinking 2 weeks quarantine but I see some people saying 90 days.

Ninety days minimum and if a problem like mites or RI crop up then it's 90 days from when you saw the last mite or symptoms of the snake being sick.

Being moved is stressful to a snake and it can take a while for a health issue to become evident since they are good at hiding illnesses. I've had quarantined snakes show up with an RI on day 42.

Snakes from "reputable breeders with health guarantees" can still have issues that they couldn't see either...that's what guarantees are for. ;)
I "second" the 90 days or more if any issues show up. Better safe than sorry.

Reputable or not is all the same, 60 to 90 days as a minimum. two weeks is no different than having no quarantine at all.

Fun fact the life cycle of mites for example is 30 days, let's say your new snake has no signs of mites but a few eggs are present and go unnoticed, guess what happens in 2 weeks when your new snakes is placed with the rest???

Well said! Treating ONE snake for mites is bad enough...but doing them all is a nightmare. :O

Like the others said, two weeks is nowhere near long enough.
I quarantine for 90 days. Better to play it safe.
