Trying it all, and it's not working
I am having a tough time getting a one inch piece of shed off the back of my BP's head. I have soaked several times and used towels after to let her go through and get the piece off with no luck. I was told to wet a cotton pillow case and leave her in that on the warm side of her tank for a night and that didn't work. If I just leave it will it come of next time she sheds or will it cause other problems? The shed does not encirlcle her. Thanks for any tips...

This might not work considering that the pillowcase idea did not work, but when my BP had that problem, I made a "humid-hide" out of a ziploc container with a hole in the side and the inside was lined with warm wet paper towels and was placed on the warm side of the cage. He was able to get it off all on his own and looked great in the morning. Oh yeah, it was one of the shorter ones, not the average sized ones. It is about an inch or so tall.
