Sooooooo……. tempting. She is a stunner. I don't have a blood or carpet. Both are on my original list. I have everyone else settled in. I just moved though. I asked about putting a deposit down and spreading it across 2 months and they agreed. They said she huffs until you get her out. Not sure she would be good for my shows though. I would have to work with her for a long time to trust her around kids. Might just take her as a "touch me not" animal to show off. I think I will pull the trigger next Monday April 1st. Will update after that. Droolzs

nice bamp but i think Skyrivers left the forum.
also eating live doesn't necessarily mean there's a feeding issue. it could just mean preferred method by the breeder/seller and not the snake.

Established protocol is to advertise a reptile that eats well as something like feeding on frozen /thawed. Snakes that will eat frozen /thawed will obviously eat live. But feeding live is generally frowned on in the reptile business for good reasons. Many reptiles will only eat live so the keeper has to take the risk. I assume that by "bamp," you are calling me an idiot? At least that's the definition.
Anybody is free to purchase reptiles that eat live. I'm just saying I wouldn't. The poster may not know the headaches that sometimes come with switching live feeders over to feeding on frozen / thawed.
In any event, please don't answer a comment by name-calling. It's childish.
