    Latest hi-tech way to quit smoking- meet the Slighter
    I'm not a smoker (had parents that were heavy-smokers & it was a turn-off for me & my sibs) but for anyone who smokes & is trying to quit, check this out:

    ive also been hearing about theres a service that if youre a smoker/were a smoker while pregnant if you quit and pass a test every month you get free diapers for a couple years

    Just a warning to anyone trying ‘nicotine patches’. .... my mate was doing well with them but then decided to have a couple of cigs as well !!

    He ended up being rushed into hospital... the symptoms were similar to a heart attack!

    Sounds like nicotine OD. I don't smoke but have worked as a medic on an ambulance for over 20 yrs. and have seen this type of emergency in the field.

    I did that when I was a teenager, didn't have to go to the hospital, but I vomited pretty violently. Definitely not a good idea to mix.
