    Breakfast Burrito vs. Breakfast Sandwich
which is the superior food form? a breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich?

we had an early morning meeting today and both were options. i grabbed an eggs, sausage, green pepper and onions breakfast burrito. i did not know there was no bacon until i bite into it. so i kinda regretted not getting a breakfast sandwich w/ bacon, cheese and eggs instead. there were also croissantwiches.

both are good on the go and can fill u up nicely to get your day started. which is your fav?

I'm a huge fan of sausage, egg and cheese. Either on an English muffin or a bagel. So, I guess I gotta vote sabdwich...

But I'm also a cereal junkie. Cereal is fantastic no matter what time of day it is. And it's so freaking easy when I'm feeling lazy or not wanting to cook.

Hmm, I couldn't respond to your poll...you left out "nuts & Greek yogurt" (my choice) or "none of the above". :D

I am addicted to bacon, egg, and cheese bagels....though most days my breakfast is chia seeds in hibiscus tea. The bagels are a treat. :P

I like a sandwich with muffin bread, to me that tastes even better than a biscuit. My favorite is steak, egg & cheese. Then sausage, egg & cheese. Love hash browns.

Bacon egg and cheese bagel for the win!

I used to to have a guy at a walk in sonic, they are really rare around my area, make me a bacon egg and cheese toaster with like an inch of bacon every morning so I’d tip him a few extra bucks. I miss that guy!

I prefer a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel or English muffin. Sausage or chicken biscuits are also acceptable but tend to be messy. For on the go or while driving I'll opt for a burrito. Waffles, pancakes, croissants, doughnuts or cronuts have no business being breakfast sandwiches.

If breakfast sandwiches wins do we get subsequent polls for each of the bread, meat, egg and cheese types?

I'm going Burrito all the way, BUT it has to have sausage in it. In a burrito situation I'm going to make an unpopular statement and say that sausage is better than bacon. I'm sorry, that's just the way I feel, though admittedly you can have bacon in addition to sausage. Eggs, lots of cheese, sausage, bacon, peppers, and salsa. Garnish with sour cream. Sounds good to me.

I voted sandwich.. Have only had a couple of breakfast burritos in my life and neither was good. That said, a friend of mine who used to live in Austin, TX, claims that until you've had a breakfast burrito made with a fresh tortilla, you can't judge.

My current favorite is the Chick-fil-a biscuit with egg, bacon, and cheese... Very good. Not too salty, significant amoubnt of bacon, and a fresh scrambled egg.

I also make a mean breakfast sandwich using brioche bread, ham, cheddar (or Havarti) and eggs. Good stuff any time of the day IMO.
