    I've had this guy for about a year now, purchased him off of someone on craigslist dirt cheap as a "dwarf boa". The previous owner claimed he was a non-eater, but I'm sure it was husbandry related as he's taken food fine for me.

    Anyways, I know what I suspected the species to be, but never reached out for an outside opinion, and now I'm curious. What do you think he is? Crummy photo, but he's in full on food mode today for some reason, so I didn't want to pull him out until I've fed him.

    Looking at the head spear and markings could well be Peruvian bcl or longicauda boa, so similar to my female, any better full body pics

    Boas are iffy to identify but if it were me and I wanted the best opinion possible I would email Vince Russo and send him pics... he’s The Godfather on this sort of thing
