She’s a nice snake, but looks extremely obese. Obesity in pythons can cause early death. I would put her on a restricted diet for awhile.
I bought a huge fat adult female in the past and had to put her on a restricted diet for awhile until she shed some fat!

I think I fed her a small rat every 2-3 weeks, and she slowly lost weight.
