Made a sterilite tank for my big boy. But the top keeps lifting up. Any tips? (Pic)

My boy is getting big!! So I went and turned a 88 x 47 x 32 cm sterilite into a big boy enclosure. Problem is, is that the corners can lift up pretty darn high, even when the tub is clipped. I put a heavy board on one end, but I don’t know what to do for the other end.
He’s pretty dang strong, so he could escape no problem. I’ve put those black paper clips on as temporary measure, but I know I’m going to have to find a way to secure it properly. Does anyone have any tips or things I should buy?

thankfully he’s lazy, so I don’t have to worry him crawling out. But snakes are fickle creatures. He could be here one day and gone the next. It’d break my heart if he escaped...

It would do more than break your heart if he got into the heating vents, under the oven or Fridge and Died. The smell would be unbearable. If the lid lifts at all it isn’t suitable to have them in. Take him out until you can find a resolution. Ive never thought the Tote idea was a good idea or secure unless they are kept in a rack style system.

Bungee cords. Sound like it's a long tote so I'd say 4 or 5. They come in various sizes get one that are nice and snug and make sure to hook them on the tub. Or you could drill some holes through the lip in the lid and tub and use small carabiners to secure them. Just make sure that the amount it can still open isn't enough for your snake to get through as this method will still allow some movement.
