I love the albino genes, all of them. I’ve got a regular albino, a lavender albino, and a carmel albino. I’m looking at getting a candino or toffino but I was just trying to understand the genetics a little. A candino is listed as het albino het candy. Would that mean that if I bred a regular albino to a candino I would get regular albinos and candinos? Or could an albino be het candy and not be a candino?

You can only have two copies of an allele (form of a gene) at a single locus (location): Albino and Candy share the same locus: so assuming you have the proper alleles present you can only have an Albino, Candino, or a Candy.
Albino = Albino/Albino (Homozygous - 2 copies of the same)
Candy = Candy/Candy (Homozygous - 2 copies of the same)
Candino = Candy/Albino (Heterozygous - 1 copy of each)
Crossing Albino x Candino will produce:
50% Candinos and 50% Albinos
