I always heard it called a thread revival. Or bringing a thread back from the dead. I’m not that old but have never heard of necro. Is that short for necrosis?

I heard “necro” which means dead, as in posting in an old dead thread.

But then I got introduced to “Bamp” from AX01, and it’s much more delightful.
