Such relief! I've had my bp for 2 weeks now. My first feed attempt was nearly a week ago, and he showed no interest. I was worried that I might be in for the long haul. I tried again tonight, with a f/t fuzzy. At first, he pretty much ignored it, so I decided to pick it up with the tongs and move him gently in front of Bobby (my bp). It ended up slipping out of the tongs and I dropped it right on Bobby's nose!
He initially flinched and recoiled, but then inspected and proceeded to grab and swallow the fuzzy!
I feel so happy and relieved! Maybe soon I can start to handle him, once he's eaten one or two more mice.
