    Eli progression
Last one for the day. This is Eli, my 28 year old male normal. He's a sweet boy and the first bp I got back in 1992. He was 2 when I got him and in very poor condition. I'm forever grateful that I was able to nurse him back to health and have had him all these years. He doesn't have the flashy paint job that some of my morphs do, but he's still First BP. I love the normals, and what a great job you did with him after his rocky start! :gj:

LOVE to see the older snakes that have been kept for many, many years.

Something so special about that :)

He is very nice. I would have never guessed his age, he looks so youthful!

If I didn’t know how many years I’ve had him, I would never guess his age either. He’s in great shape and still has very good muscle tone, unlike a couple of my other senior snakes. He’s a sweetie who is content to hang out for the most part, though he will gladly explore....and always makes a beeline for the crevice between the sofa cushions if given half a chance.

Very cool. As said previously it's awesome to see older snakes. Also very cool that you have been with him from the beginning! So many babies posted and so many seem to fall away as the newness wears off.

And that's one of the things I'm trying to instill to my boys. These are not toys, nor dogs that live 10-15 years.
