    Orion progression
Yesterday was cage cleaning day, so a few fresh photos.

Orion still hasn't eaten for me since I got him on 10/27. He's had minimal handling because I don't want to disturb him too much until he starts feeding. I am switching him to f/t from live, which the breeder was using. He hasn't lost any weight, so it's a waiting game.

He has almost no freckling, which the breeder said was due to the pinstripe gene reducing the expression of it. The last picture in the holding tub best shows his true color. Even though I didn't use a flash, his color is more washed out in the photos where I'm holding him.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...e2cf69651c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...1fdce2ff29.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...99c9ff23f7.jpg

Thank you. There’s actually a few more bp’s, plus my other snakes. I’ll need to start progression threads for them soon. Three of my hatchling bp’s just fed, so it will be a bit before I pull them out for a photo shoot. :P

He finally ate! I picked up a live weanling rat at the show today. Smaller than the small rats he was eating for the breeder before I bought him. But since this is his first meal since I bought him on 10/27/18, I’m not going to complain. If I have to keep feeding live for a while I will, but I’m hoping to switch him over to f/t eventually. I’ve tried both in the last 4 months, but this is the first one he ate. So thrilled. :D
