Sabrina has also successfully fed three times now. She's an absolute beast for striking and "killing" her f/t rats. She was very hissy for about the first week and a half any time I opened the cage. You could hear hissing coming from the hides, even when she couldn't see me. She's only been handled when the cage needs cleaning, but has started to calm down. I had her out for about 5-10 minutes yesterday. She is much shyer than Selene, but I think she will settle down well with short sessions of gentle handling.
She's sporting a new paint job in this photo, just shed Thursday. I really like her coloration. One of the reasons I like the Mojaves so much is the fading in the pattern. The light tan is really set off by the dark edging which fades between the alien heads. I haven't seen many photos of adult Mojaves, so it will be interesting to see how her colors change and if the dark edges remain. She's a pretty girl and even my non-snake-loving friends have complimented her coloring. The partial stripes are pretty cool too. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...134ec33610.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...060f19885c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...b1188bcd66.jpg
