    Ok We Are In The Middle Of A Storm And The Power Keep Going In And Out. If The Power Goes Out What Is The Best Way To Keep My Snake At The Proper Temperature?

    The power shouldn't be out for long enough to damage the snake... but if it's out for an extended period of time, get to Target or Walmart. They have these 30 hour heat packs to keep food and such warm... people also use these to ship their herps when it's cold. These should help keep your snake warm until the power comes back. Hope this helps...

    Just be careful not to put them directly on the snake, as those things really heat up (temps over 100). I plan on using those and an old cooler, if my power goes out for any extended periods. You can also use a generator if you have one available. Good luck.
