Hard time shedding

My ball python isn't moving around enough to pull off his shed. All he does is go from his hide to alongside his hide. The shed is peeling in patches. I spray him down once daily with Zilla Tropical Mist. I also have a towel covering half of the terrarium. Is there anything else I can do?

Spray, add moss. Buy an accurate way to measure humidity. Use a different substrate. At this point it might be time for a soak. What’s your set up like?
