    Snakes interacting outside enclosure?
I wasn’t sure whether to post these here or in general herp as it doesn’t pertain specifically to BPs, but in my case, my BP is the main concern.

I see a lot of people online who handle multiple snakes at once and allow them to interact outside of their enclosures for pictures. Assuming all snakes are properly QTd and there’s no risk of parasite transfer, how safe is this? I’d obviously never do this with a kingsnake or anything, but I’d like to be able to take out multiple snakes and put them together briefly to take a few pictures. My BP is considerably larger than my corns and sand boa, which is my main concern. I highly doubt he’d eat another snake (it was like pulling teeth to get him to take mice) but since the risk is there I was wondering what the general consensus here is.

I'm assuming you've seen how fast snakes can strike prey? How many hands do you have? I'm suggesting it's not a good idea "IMO". I once put together a well-
fed adult pair of amelanistic black rat snakes that were ready to breed, only when I was out of the room, the male decided to kill & eat the female. Not kidding...
wish I was. And they were the same KIND of snakes too. Even if your snakes can't kill or consume each other, there is still the potential for injury. And snakes
really don't want to "interact" with each other. What would you do if a corn snake grabbed your sand boa? Not that any of your snakes are ophiophagus but you
do realize that many keepers get bit by snakes that make a feeding mistake, right? So what's to stop a feeding mistake with another snake that's moving around?

With those species I'd give a firm "No, don't do it."

IF it goes well, you've got a few cool pics
IF it goes poorly, you could have a dead or injured snake.

    Not worth the risk.

    It depends on the species.

Garter snakes, ball pythons, or boas? Likely not a problem.

Snake eater like a king snake or indigo? No.

Female retics? Probably ok, most don't care about other females.

Adult male retics? No way no how am I breaking up that fight.
