    Pressed the BUY button
    Well, it is settled.
    Caulker Cay dwarf male.
We keep a very tight budget for "fun" purchases, so this had to wait until the first of the month.
Made the decision easy, as the other two boas I liked fell off the listings.
First boa, hope he won't be the last.
Waiting on notification of the ship date.

Great choice! Can't wait to see pictures of this guy. Another member on this site (PhillyDubs) has a Caulker Cay which almost was enough for me to pull the trigger on one. Beautiful creature.

I love my boas, such cool mellow snakes once a year or two old.

    Can't wait. He arrives Tuesday.

The vendor called this afternoon to say they could ship out today, or if I wanted, they could wait and ship for arrival on Tuesday.

Well, we had just got back unexpectedly late from town....empty handed. Neither Walmart nor Lowes had anything we needed stocked - not even the correct batteries for my digital thermometers, so I just ordered it all on Amazon. WalMart made my skin crawl, and gave me a head ache...somebody's mother thought I needed to get out of the way of her maniac hyper screaming out of control kid. I'm ok with kids until the noise levels rival a room full of cockatoos (and the kid nearly collided with me, not the other way around).

...anyway I was on the phone with the vendor, while also out with the goats, the youngest of whom was balling for attention (even though she has fresh hay, water, and everything else she needs), and I was remembering I still needed to put a door on the hen house this afternoon because something is getting INTO the electric net fence, and we lost my favorite banty last night...

Yeah, "if you could hold to ship out for Tuesday, that would be best, I'd appreciate it."
