    Ball python basking.
For some reason i seem to have an odd ball for a ball python. i have a uth which she/he doesent even use 99% of the time i have it set to 90. it gets anywhere from 88 to 93. Anyways. She/he uses the infared bulb and chills on rock or log to bask. No idea why but when he/she isnt on cool side imside hide this is what it does lol. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7332270e99.jpg

Not odd just not feeling secure in it's hide, your hide is way too big and does not provide adequate security, a hide should be tight like a shell on a turtle's back, and if your temps reach 93 on the hot spot it's actually a bit too hot as well 90 is more than enough.
