Silicone drying time?

Hi all, I have a new Viv arriving today and my silicone says the drying time is 1-2 hrs. It's aquarium grade.
How long before you would add your snake people?

Till the smells gone,it's pretty strong

Do you seal all joints rich or just the base and 4" up the corners?

I’d just the bottom and up as you say but suppose wouldn’t hurt to do the sides
