    Does my ball look healthy?
    So im new to ball pythons ive had it for just over a month i believe the person i got it off said it was about 6 or 7 months old so were going to say 7 or 8 months old i havent weighed yet going to walmart today to pick up a kitchen scale to weigh tn i was told it was female so im going off it as he or she seeing as the person said they were not expierenced in popping so why not just go by both sexs lol anyways this is her/him probably about 22 inc long when stretched out give or take a few inc she or he just ate 2 days ago so i dont want to pick it up and measure it yet waiting for food to fully digest sorry for the long story just curious if it looks healthy and its just a normal ball right?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8c134178c7.jpg

    Looks good.

    If I had to guess by the picture: I would say female as well.

    Edit: Need pictures in natural light to see if there are any visual morphs. An underbelly shot would be useful as well.

    Can you handle them 48 hours after fedd or shpuld i wait untill tomorrow ? Im going to weigh her and see what shes at i know it wont be 100% cause she just ate ill weigh her again after i see a bowl movement but i want an esitmated weight ill take more pics of her under normal light

    48 hours is an estimate.
    If she is digesting a big meal: I would leave her alone for at least another day-otherwise she should be fine to handle.

    Shes on weaned rats havent been able to weigh her and the rats yet will tonight and ill update you guys with new pics and weights of both her and the rats

    Seems kinda underweight for a 7 to 8 month old ball im a little concerned on the weight at this age

    Ive only had it for a month the person said it was a female didnt know exact age guessed around 6 to 7 months so im taking guesses as well she doesent seem to be losing any weight at all i just looked back to a photo of when i got her on sep 14 shes had 1 shed since i got her

    My ball at 5~6 months was under 200g btw. He did grow eventually and is gaining weight faster now. I guess he was just slow starter.
