How do you desinfect the logs and rocks?
So I thought about getting some lice branches and flat rocks from backyard... But I'm not sure how to sanitize them. Just a boiling water would be good or you use some desinfection?
    Thanks for advices!

I would then throw them in the freezer for a day or so.

As for rocks, I clean them off well and then boil them for a while.
Branches, I clean up and remove any loose bark, etc...then I bake in the oven at 200 degrees for at least 90 minutes. Most branches will actually make the house smell nice too.

If you have F10 or chlorhexidine on hand to wipe your cages, you can wash the rocks (soap & water), then spray them well & let them sit a while, then rinse & use,
or boil them as already mentioned.

I wouldn't rely on freezing branches...freezing makes many pathogens dormant but doesn't kill them. You need heat for that. I also spray them with diluted chlor-
    hexidine (or F10).

If you're baking branches anyway, you might as well bake the rocks too (they'll take a LOT more heat than the branches do, so bake branches first @ 200* along
with the rocks, then pull the branches out & bump up the heat for a little while longer. Leave the rocks IN the oven for a while after you turn it off (for efficiency).

    F10SC, not F10SCXD. http://www.reptilebasics.com/F10SC-100ml

For the branches (bark) we use in Esmeralda's tank (Leachie), we get all the solid waste off with a brush. Then we spray F10SC all over and inside the branches and let sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then we rinse with water, dry, and they are good to go.

Thank you all! Gonna find some good desinfectant and boil some too, as mentioned.

(I'm pretty sure you meant to say "nice" branches..."lice" are definitely NOT "nice".)
