Black Dots on Boa

Hey guys I noticed that my red tail boa has black dots on his head. I put new bedding in his cage last week which spiked the humidity for a couple of days. Could this be the problem or is it more health related.

Really need pics , could be mites or a lot of boas have speckles that come and go on a regular basis with out pics it’s hard to tell

Just looks like speckling mate .
most of my boas have it, so weired how it comes and goes, great looking boa by the way

Thanks for the info, you’re right I’ve seen it come and go with him usually around the time of an upcoming shed
