Big News! New iPhones!

is it a slow news day? no it's not b/c the new iPhones were announced today! yay!!

yep, Apple announced 3 shiny new iPhones today:
1. iphone Xs - the gold standard and benchmark. this was last year's flagship phone and trendsetter, but updated internals and shiny new stuff for this year.
2. iphone Xs Max - the new flagship w/ a huge 6.5inch screen!!
3. iphone Xr - this is the affordable one and it starts at $750! it has an aluminum body but a larger than the Xs at 6.1inch screen! it also comes in a buncha colors too!!

this news is crazy! people are crazy! Why?!!

I'm still using the iphone SE. my 5c died a few months ago and I just wanted a new phone, that was not $300+. Guy at the phone store was very confused when I said I didn't care about memory, camera types, or any of the gadgets that come with the new ones...I think I broke him when he told me that I couldn't stream videos or something about facebook and I said that I didn't have any type of social media and kept the internet turned off my phone unless on wifi.

I don't care about technology. I'm secretly a little old antisocial curmudgeon - that likes snakes

Too much money. I will stick to the cheaper and equal or better Samsung phones.

I've had iPhones since the beginning and I don't think I'd cope without mine tbh .

I may have been lucky but mine never seem to break down at all,

I'm not desperate to have the latest greatest though ... my iPhone6 is marvellous enough ..

I used to struggle with the old phones and their complex root and branch menus so when iPhones came along with EVERYTHING on the one screen I was helplessly seduced by them ..
