Regurge?

Tonight I was cleaning out some of my bp’s poop in her warm hide and it was somewhat liquid which I found to be unusual. Then near the outside of her cool hide I found a cluster of skin from a rat I fed her last Saturday. I was doing some research and I thought it was a regurge but it didn’t smell at all and it was just the skin. She has been eating f/t small rats for a while now so I don’t think it had anything to do with the rat. Her temps and humidity are fine she hasn’t had any change to her hides. She seems normal. Does anyone know what going on?

If it didn't smell horrific, it must have been poorly digested & defecated...but that's really odd. The runny stool suggests an upset stomach & it's odd that it wasn't
in the same location as the "skin". Are you sure there's enough heat on the warm end of cage? Is it possible she is going into (or about to) shed? Sometimes
they don't multi-task (digesting AND shedding) very well.

She is not going into shed because she just shedded two weeks ago. Her temps and humidity are fine. Is it ok if I feed her this week or should I give her a smalller meal?

It won't hurt her to wait a week or so for her next meal.

I don't think it was a regurge. The smell of a regurge is very obvious. Trust me, you'd know it. So, like mentioned above, it was probably poorly digested.

You mentioned your temps are good, but what are they?

Warm hide is 88-91 ambient is 83-85 cool hide is 78 humidity is around 50%

It's also possible that she has something else going on with her stomach...I hope not, but what you describe is way off the beam for normal stool...you might want
to get the next FRESH sample checked A.S.A.P. by a vet, especially if it too seems odd. Her temperatures should be fine for digestion, so something else is off, IMO.
And watch closely...sometimes a sick snake WILL go right back into another shed...if she does, that also will tell you something. (<vet time)

And definitely this ^^^^^...I'd wait 2 weeks. Feed smaller next time too...it sounds as if her stomach needs a rest. Don't push it & hope this will be self-limiting.

Is your source of feeders reliable? Was the last prey taken from someone other than your usual source? Her apparent inability to digest it could conceivably be due
to the feeders having been dosed with antibiotic (for who knows what in the colony?) and that impacted (damaged) your snake's gut bacteria, causing the inability to
digest. You might also consider adding BeneBac (for reptiles) to the next food given...but again, no hurry to feed.
