Drago the boa

Hey guys first post here. Just wanted to show you guys my new boa I just acquired from someone. They said they no longer could care for or have time for him. From what the told me guy works at a critter control place and this is a snake he had to remove from someone’s apartment. No one ever claimed him and he has had him for 2 years. So all we really know is he is some type of red tail and a hypo morph and a male. So anyways enough talking here is the pics

Any guess to how old he is the previous owner didn’t really know. Just that he was really tiny when he got him and he has had him for two years

Nice hypo. There is no way to really tell the age as they all grow different and also based on feeding to an extent. I have an almost 6 year old normal BCI girl who is about 7 feet. I also have an early 2014 sunglow female who is about 6 feet. Then i have a couple who are just over 2 years old and just over 3 feet. If any of that info helps you in maybe trying to guess an age on your snake.

Also, get that poor guy out of that fish tank and into a nice PVC cages :) And my vote goes to AP cages even though they take forever and a day to get but are well worth the wait.
