Not sure what size to feed her
So I'm going to a reptile show tomorrow to pick up some more frozen feeder rats for Olivier, but I'm not sure whether or not I need to go bigger on size. She's about a year old, but I don't have a scale to weigh her.

For reference, she's been eating weaned rats since I picked her up 3 months ago. She's about 2 feet and a few inches now. Should I get her on small rats or stay on weaned rats through the winter? Thanks.

When in doubt, feed a prey item that is the same diameter as the snake, if not slightly bigger.

In all honesty, don't fret too much over it. A snake in the wild doesn't select which rats are of the perfect size to eat.....they eat everything they possibly can when they find it.

If you have any weanlings left over, use them up. Then switch to the smalls .
