    A Question About Hybrids
I am sure you guys have seen "bateaters" ... and have probably heard of other hybrids. I became interested in this subject when I found this page:

... breeding two python species together; that sounds pretty cool. I really enjoy ball pythons, and I like the way reticulated pythons look but my landlord says they're too big. Now, there are dwarf retics, and they come in a variety of cool morphs. Now, what if one were to breed a dwarf retic to a ball python? Would that even be possible?

Don't get me wrong, I don't intend to ever try doing something like that, my question is more along the lines of "is it even possible?" and if so, is it more possible with some types of pythons, and less possible with others?

I think that dwarf retics still get about 12' long. I very doubt that a dwarf retic and ball python could breed.

Yeah, I'm not sure if that one's even been tried. I don't know if the dynamics would even work... maybe with a very small dwarf retic and a very large BP...? I do know that they have successfully bred a Ball to a Blood. Those are pretty cool looking! It's called a Super Ball

It's certainly in the works somewhere or another. Probably ball x super dwarf retic first and then onto the dwarf tics. You can't really say what is and isn't possible until you try.
