    A little celebration dance
Giving ourselves a pat on the back tonight because Norm, our only BP rat holdout, actually ate a F/T rat fuzzy. We thawed it in the same bag as a mouse and it seemed to do the trick.

Also super happy because I am 90% sure Artemis, our new BCL, ate her mouse! She was perched on top of a plant and wouldn't strike at all, so I left the mouse on top of one of the plant leaves with her, lol. Covered the cage and it was gone 20 minutes later. :)

    Woot woot!

Let's hope that mouse didn't slip down some place, but was probably eaten- that's great news on both, happy dance is totally approved. ;)

I checked this morning because the plant got knocked down and there was no sign of a mouse. I was worried it had slid down underneath her too, lol. She also has a little belly lump, so looks like she did eat it. :)

Congratulations on the successful transition and f/t feedings. I'm a firm believer that the hunger always wins in the end and that most animals will eat almost anything if they're hungry enough. Glad your critters are getting with the program sooner than later. :)
