So I’ve been looking around on MorphMarket, and there are some super awesome clown babies available, but I just wanted to know what they look like as they mature? I’ve seen a few pictures of super dull ones; do they all look like that when they’re adults? Pics are welcome :)

    Bullseye does NOT sit still
Hes a 950 - 1100 gram clown. He looks like he did as a baby, though i dont know where i placed the breeders pic of him as a baby. Thanks for the response! Bullseye is gorgeous 😍. That’s awesome that he looks the same as he did on day 1!

To be honest, I think it's the pastel and super pastel clowns that fade out as they age. It's a pastel thing. Some lines of pastel hold their color better though so it's not a sure thing that they will get dull as they age. If you want a snake that will definitely not dull out, look into desert ghost combos, they stay just as bright as they are as babies even with pastel. Or if your set on a clown, stick with a standard clown which may only darken a little with age or upgrade to a fire clown, they stay pretty nice and bright and will hold their contrast better.

This. Im not the biggest fan of regular clowns but usually love the combos they can make. Since they never stay as bold or hold up that intense pattern contrast is the main reason I've decided to stay off the clown band wagon for the most part but its entirely a "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" thing. Wise choice asking about the adults! I always get bummed when I see combos I really like but realize they dont age as nice but really I think it has saved me thousands of dollars lol

Clown and some combos can still look great when adults some not so much, usually anything with pastel (unless you add fire along with it) will just get dull to muddy.
