The Mouse Factory - excellent!

Just got our first order in from The Mouse Factory out of Alpine, Texas and it was an excellent transaction all around.

Ordered over the phone yesterday, Monday, around 11 a.m., spoke to Edna who is fantastic at helping decide the best order and mode of shipping so we feel we got the best bang for our buck, so to speak. Very friendly, professional service!

Our order arrived today, Tuesday, by noon - a very efficient 25 hours later! Very well boxed up (as well as any live animal might be boxed really), with appropriate dry ice. Each individual package of rats were nicely vacuum sealed, fully hard frozen even with our wierd hot weather and appear to be of great quality and consistent in size.

We'd definitely recommend these folks and will be using them for all our future frozen rodent orders.
