    In my state there isnt even any licencing for most hot stuff, just have to be 21+

    I actually follow this guy on Reddit, I remember the pics of these babies when they were first born. Teeny little angry worms. He's super responsible regarding hots, and has an incredible collection. I'm sure he'd double check for permits and experience. Though, to be fair, the license for owning hots in Texas is super easy to get: $20 at Walmart will get you one. Depending on where you live though, the cities may have different laws.
