    Is it ok to use rocks from the beach?
    I found this rock on the beach. Currently sitting in warm water and F10. Are there any issues with mineral deposits, critters that can survive being submerged etc?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f7ea3c6d6f.jpg

    I'd disinfect it and then boil it in water, that should kill anything in there.

    You can also put it in the oven for awhile just to be safe 😊 nice looking stone you found :gj:

    You can also spray it with some PAM if you have any! I'm just guessing PAM is probably suited to kill any parasites, not just mites. And then wait a couple days for it to dry completely before putting it anywhere near the snake.

    I boiled it for about 30 minutes. Should provide Kaiju a good surface to shed against. Cheers guys.
