Need help finding materals.

I am working on an epic cage for Rainbow. If I go all wood.... it will be to heavy. I have framed it in wood but now want to get PVC panels to cut to size and shape. When done there will also be a section for 4 adult BP size sections on top of her enclosure and then a section for Aurora when she comes. I have to make sure it will either come apart or be small enough to leave an 8foot by 34inch doorway. What I need are the parts to form the sides.

Are you looking to use expanded PVC board for the sides?
