    off season breeding?
Has anyone ever bred during off season? Curious as I've heard that technically as long as the conditions are bang on its possible. Or maybe even a female who retains sperm and goes in super late?
Its a weird inquiry maybe but one that is just picking at my brain. I've watched every single video from Ballz2u, Olympus Reptiles, Brian Barczyk, and working my way through the rest of Justin Kobylka... especially about breeding.
I'm hoping for this to be my first season but my main big girl isn't eating and was kinda dabbling with the idea of putting a male in with her to see if it initiates a feeding frenzy.
She's 1400g+ so skipping a few meals won't be the end of the world but it made me curious enough to wonder. Thinking outside the box.

Please be nice... I'm no expert. I figured this would be a great place to ask.

I breed year round as animals become ready to be paired not based on season, all it takes is to know, all it takes is know when breeding is right and breeding is done at the optimal time, or when you are just wasting your time, and that requires being able to read your animals for the main part.
