    Mites
I'm having a mite problem and I noticed a couple were stuck in the heat pits. I soaked my BP and put a tiny drop of mineral oil into the infected pits. I'm pretty sure they're dead but how do I remove them? They're stuck and my BP is exceptionally twitchy and won't really let me near his nose. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of that wont do more damage than good is to attempt to wipe its head with a little toilet paper. There are so many threads on here about how to get rid of mites. Why would you do this?

If they're dead, they should come out with your snake's next shed anyway. I wouldn't mess with them, just make sure the mites overall are dead & gone.
