Looking for breeder recommendations!
Hello everyone, it's a pleasure to meet you all. I've been keeping snakes for a while, and have a friend interested in getting into them because of me. I'm personally more interested in New World colubrids, and don't have any pythons at all, so I'm here strictly on her behalf.
She's looking for a breeder with a small-business/hobbyist feel, and is particularly enamored by the banana morph. Does anyone know a breeder that might fit this bill?
Thank you in advance.

It's a small family run business. He does set up at expos. He is big enough for that. He doesn't have hundreds upon hundreds to choose from. But he does have a good selection. And everything he has, he produced. And on top of that, he has a 3 month payment plan. Doesn't matter if it's a $40 or $400 snake. If you need up to 3 months to pay it, you can.

I would also recommend CV exotics. Snakes I've gotten from them have always been in perfect health and always sexed correctly.
I chat with Scott Seavey and his wife occasionally at expos and he brings his kids with him to help out. He is a cool guy.
Note: I wouldn't make any low-ball offers to him though--that really irritates him hehehe...;)

I e-mailed him a lot. Mostly asking about certain snakes. And to let him know I'm making a payment on one. So he knows to look for it. And he always answers me back within a few hours. Even on days that they are closed. But Scott is a real nice guy. I did have to Google him once to find out what he looked like cuz I live way down in South Central PA. So will probably never get the chance to meet him in person.
